Oxford Summer Programme
The courses enable students to advance their knowledge, try a subject they want to study at university, or explore a new area of interest. It is perfect for students who want to demonstrate their passion and commitment to their chosen subject, but also ideal for older students wanting to enhance their academic English and get ahead in their studies and career. The courses provide clarity on your future direction so you can make informed choices and maximise your success at university and beyond.
Students also receive bespoke university application strategy, admission guidance, and career insights alongside advanced subject tuition. You will gain invaluable personalised feedback from our tutors who have studied at leading universities such as Oxford, Cambridge and London Colleges. All this is combined with an immersive and holistic programme of activities, events and trips, giving participants unique insight into undergraduate study and the chance to build relationships for life.

Each Pathway is a 2-week course. Alongside core subject exploration sessions, every student on our residential courses will participate in exclusive university preparation masterclass clinics. From degree choice and university selection, to how to craft a compelling Personal Statement and perform during an interview, our range of exciting application mentorship sessions will ensure participants are able to get the edge and stand out from the competition during their university applications and beyond.
World Class Facilities
Our 2024 Summer Course is held across prestigious Oxford University Colleges, including Hertford College. Students experience living and studying alongside iconic landmarks such as the Radcliffe Camera and Bodleian Library, as well as the beautiful surroundings of Hertford College. Course participants are only ever a stone’s throw away from high street shops, luscious green spaces, and top local attractions.
Students on our programme have a unique chance to walk in the footsteps of past Prime Ministers and Nobel Prize winners, through ancient quads and into medieval chapels, including those within Hertford College. The course allows participants to live in the heart of academically inspiring and culturally rich surroundings, meeting fellow students from around the world, developing connections, and learning in the same venues as current undergraduates. Teaching is delivered in small seminar groups (average of 6 students) across a range of spaces, mirroring the Oxbridge tutorial system and traditional college study routines.
Accommodation options at Hertford College typically include standard bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Single en-suite rooms are limited, so we recommend students wanting a single room to book as early as possible. Breakfast and dinners take place in stunning college dining facilities, including those at Hertford College. Lunches are taken in the heart of the Oxford town center, giving participants a truly all-round and authentic student experience.
